MAD Wurks MTC3 2mm G10 Top Deck (1)
The MAD Wurks 2mm G10 top deck for the Mugen MTC3 offers more flex and grip than stock top decks. G10 has worked well in low to medium grip conditions on asphalt and carpet. It was recently tested at Roar Nats with good success.
After testing in various conditions, it was determined that the 2mm G10 top deck can be a good tuning option to add steering, a smoother feel, and more grip.
The factory recess for the pinion clearance has been eliminated for equal flex and additional durability. For most pinions, this is a non-issue. If you have a pinion that does need clearance, it is recommended to you a drum style sanding wheel to slightly clearance as needed and make that run across the full width for more equal flex characteristics.
